Who we are
Pensub (Sub) Prater came to the United States from Thailand in 2010. She is married and has two children, one stepson, and four grandchildren. She has a large family that still resides in Thailand. She studied and lived in Australia for several years before returning home to Thailand.
Where we come from
Sub comes from Nakhon Ratchasima (Korat) which is the third largest city in Thailand. It is located in Northeast Thailand. Nakhon Ratchasima is the second largest province in Thailand.
Our expertise
Sub has owned various businesses in Thailand and now in the United States. She has worked as a Thai Chef in both Thailand and the United States and now owns and operates Thai Chili in Lumberton, NC. She consistently receives high ratings for the food and service provided at Thai Chili. We prepare each dish as it is ordered and we will not compromise on quality. All dishes are Fresh, Authentic Thai Cuisine.
